Thembi is a magical person! My skin was so bad I didn’t want to leave the house for months! Now, only 4 months later, I cannot even recognize myself! My skin looks better than it did when I was a child!!! She is truly phenomenal, and the most supportive wonderful person! She has literally changed my life!!!!!

I went for a mole inspection and filled in a patient form. I specifically asked to not be put on any direct marketing database. A few months later I receive a direct marketing sms and called them to remove me. They said they would, but I just received another direct marketing sms. Laserderm clearly does not show that they value customers requests or data. Also to ignore customer requests to desist from direct marketing could be classified as illegal so I suggest they up their game on data privacy. Thoroughly annoyed with them and will tell everyone I know never to go there.

Have been seeing Thembi, their very professional and friendly esthetician monthly. Fantastic treatment plan and the newest in technology. Highly recommend.
