I wish there was an option to give this place 0 stars, the service is appalling. We ordered our meals and I asked the woman at the counter for my slip, she proceeded to tell me that I do not need it, we went to sit down and the wait began, after 27 minutes and seeing 10 customers who ordered food after us getting their meals, I went to the counter to ask where our food is, the woman behind the counter printed our slip for the second time it only took 5 minutes for the food to arrive from that point. I told the supervisor that it took 30 mins to get our food he gave me a dirty look and walked away. When we had gotten home a burger and a cool drink were missing that we ordered and paid for. I will never return to this store again. Absolutely shocking.

Staff need to be trained on how to treat a customer properly!
I ordered my meal at the intercom and then proceeded to the payment window where the lady was too busy with her own conversation to even realise that i had given her my card to pay,and when it food gets given to me at the collection window I get told i didn't pay and my food gets taken from me!

This type of service is appalling!!

Drive thru super slow some days and staff not alwayss very friendly. Been there a couple of times when they had no ice cream.

It's just a bit stuffy or small, there's not a lot of seating options and outside seating options are all in the sun.

Unfriendly, unsmiling staff. Mcdonalds burgers aren't that great. Let the people that don't mind bad service and average burgers buy from your store. Burger King burgers taste better, just sad that Burger King staff are a cookie cutter fit to Mcdonalds staff.

Open all night long, even on the shop side. Nice friendly service, but be prepared to wait at night if there's a few customers in the store and a few more customers in the drive through.

Typical McDonald's. Nothing special,they got my order wrong once or twice but that happens at any fast food joint, always check your order before leaving.
They've recently installed a generator, so they can serve food when there's load shedding, which helps!
