I've been servicing my vehicle with Vw Umhlanga for the last 9 years and my experience has always been good until I called Renay who doesn't return a phone call.. very disappointed!!!!

Worst VW experience I have ever had, period. This dealership is characterised by inexplicably high labour costs associated with your quotes, terrible customer service, little to no responses to messages left to either floor personnel or even the manager and a dismal response to any criticism of their performance. Avoid at all costs!

So I came from Richards bay to umhlanga on the 12th october for a meeting , and on the way the plastic panel underneath my vw passat came loose. I rushed to vw looking for help. Thankfully I was welcomed by Andre who notified Bruce of my situation as I needed to come back home. Bruce went the extra mile to swiftly get my car on a hoist and fixed the problem for me. Now that's what I call service! Excellent thank you Vw umhlanga and thank you Bruce !!
