Quick and efficient passport and customs control. Maximum time spent in passport control. 20 minutes. Still better than driving through Zimbabwe.

Not the most efficient and the staff on the RSA side were less than helpful. I guess border crossings that are smaller are different. We're were not especially pleased

Open till 10pm, despite multiple online reports about a 6pm closure. Friendly staff, fairly efficient.

My experience was worse😤😤😢 as first time experience to Botswana. We initially used the Tlokweng boarder as the point of entry, with less experience about Passport and where to report at the Border we managed to present ourselves to the emigration officer, but forgot to place a stamp on our Passports. With that we went to Botswana and had a great experience until the Emigrantion officer: "Sipho Chakunyuka" from Martin Drift, didn't want to understand our story, didn't even contact the other Boarder and confirm we definitely used that entry. He gave us a Fine of not reporting to the emigration officer as per Emigration Act.

Problem: there are no signs indicating where to report to, it taken everyone Passort should know, no official to guide or assist customers.

Word of Advice: always ensure you asked everytime u in the borders, make sure u have 2 stamps from RSA and Botswana, make sure you have enough money and change it to Pula for paying Vehicle Permit.
