  My experience of the Clinic, its shocking, the staff are unprofessional, cold, and unfeeling. Not to talk about the Gynaecologist, when i stopped her on her way back from lunch and asked her a question, she very rudely told me, that i must not speak to her, i must speak to the receptionist and she will give her the answer to my question and turned and walked away. Needless to say my questions were never answered, but i do know one thing, i will personally never recommend Marie Stopes to anyone.

  Worst clinic service ever. The booking system they have is absolutely dramatic: they not reply at phone, they not reply at email, they not reply at all. You must walk in for booking anything. Additionally they not even inform you properly when your result are ready and they can dispose easily your results. This is not at all customer oriented company, they only do their best to get your money, apparently in Cape Town is even more expensive than any other centre in the country. I absolutely suggest to anyone is thinking to get done any exams, to look somewhere else.

  I actually hate Marie Stopes as a brand the brand is not about ensuring that women are empowered in reproductive choices. The fact that there are discrepancies in prices for family planning options from one branch to another is an absolute disappointment. How is it that getting an injection from one branch in Johannesburg is R60 and in a CBD in Cape Tow it's double the amount! I'm disgusted. Once again a situation of economics is standing in the way of a woman's intentions to make choices
