  One employee was extremely rude and had terrible customer service skills both times I went (pick-up & return). I went with friends to return our costumes and we showed up close to 5 due to traffic. When we called saying we might be late the same lady said we would be charged a late fee. We made it on time but we witnessed the owner on a call saying she would waive the late fee for one day for someone else. When we asked she said that is what they normally do and the rude employee immediately got defensive about it as she was standing there when we asked. She never apologized for being rude about it or the miscommunication. Not only that, but both times I was there I heard the rude lady and another employee (not the owner) openly making rude comments about people who walked in around 5 pm. They never shut the door so when a mom and her son walked in they started saying how they were going to kick them out along with other rude comments. Overall, our experience there was terrible and the costumes weren't even that nice for the price they charged.

  Shocking service. Rushed across town in peak traffic, arrived 15 before closing time and was refused entry because they were leaving at 5.

  Bad quality outfits and un friendly service. The hygiene is shocking for the price you need to pay.
