Very helpful staffkept a jacket in the size we wanted to exchange with the one we bought in Potchefstroom1000km away! Very friendly!!! Well done guys for mastering customer service

Cape Union Mart is a favorite, anywhere. Here we bought a gift, that when we left and opened it, realised it was broken already. I took it back, and they immediately exchanged it. No hassles.

Very spacious with and upper level.

Pitiful customer service. Initial long story where I received confirmation an item was in stock and then not sp when I arriced at the store. Cape Union Quay 4 promised to get back to me regarding this item, never did. Spoke to one of the managers, Miriam, who said that they will see if they can get stock for me and they will notify me whether they get an item or not. A month later I speak to the manager again after I never heard back from them. Her response is that they couldn't find anything. I asked her what about the fact that they would get back to me, and her response is but they couldn't find anything. Lovely to see a manager taking accountability.

Found what I needed, on special offer no less. They'd sold out at the big store, but there were some left in the smaller store near entrance 1. Welcoming service from pretty girl on till.

Large Adventure Centre flagship store (second only to Canal Walk?) with full range of products and good levels of stock.
