Treatments are nice but that's all, no music in treatment rooms and old extremely worn towels with wholes are used on clients. The spa is noisy due to passing hotel guests and the environment is not relaxing. Other guests complained that outdated pricing information was provided on the official website and also at hotel reception. Various bookings were also mismanaged causing treatments to start late. Very underwhelming experience and not in line with quality received at other mangwanani spa's. The wildcoast sun branche should definitely up their game since every single spa visitor complained today.

I had a pedicure at R320, the quality of the therapist was poor. She used a colour they didn't have enough of, had to remove and start again. End result was shoddy to say the least.
