Parking is good. Shop layout is good. Prices are good. The payment process isn't great but acceptable. The part I really dislike is the security check immediately after you pay. What's the point? Are they insinuating I'm a thief? Are they double checking the tellers?
Either way it's a pointless delay and one that I have no time or respect for. I have never seen anyone stopped for any reason at these checks.

This is your typical large discount Store. The stock availability is usually good, occasionally I find things that I'm looking for not on the shelves.
On weekends the queues can get long, but they do move quite fast.
They do a wine tasting every 2 months or so.
These are lots of fun and you can get some very decent wines for very good prices.
Parking can be a little bit of an issue but there is usually parking on the top right hand side as you drive in.

I really enjoy shopping here. The stock is varied and I usually find everything I'm looking for. My only gripe is the staff standing around always talking at the top of their voices, sometimes in the middle of your way. The tellers are awesome and door security very efficient

A wonderful sprawling place with jaw dropping discounts and competitive prices, apart for the price the various products line up and their varieties are what I would come back and return often Good for window Shoppers as well as frequent beeline visits.

I always shop here at month so last month when I went to do the I expected to be treated a bit differently since I'm heavily pregnant. The staff in the aisles was helpful but when I got to the till, I queued in an extra long queue like everyone else and when I got to the till, both the cashier and packer had no intentions of helping me get my groceries out of the trolley or to push them to the door and I have to admit they were heavy.

What a great store!!! All the staff are always helpful whenever I go there. The process to get a new card is fast! I haven't tried another Makro store because this one is just so perfect. I wonder if they are all this great or if it is just this one?
I have engaged in pretty much all departments of this store including returns and everybody is just so wonderful!

No one present to assist in camping section. I went to buy a Gazebo, a tent, some camping chairs and camping table. I stood around for the good part of 20min with no one to assist. Even after I walked around looking for assistance it was not available. In the end I left with a loaded wallet and a poor customer experience. Sorry Makro best deals with poor service = no sale.

Good place. They do not do full refunds on electronic equipment if you are not happy with the product!!!!!!! Be careful of miss leading salesman.

A big store selling most items that you may want. Prices not the best. Good place to buy goods in bulk. Quality of certain products may be questionable. Cumbersome system of paying for your items. Security can be a nuisance. Parking often crowded.

Good store with big variety of items but need to look at stock levels on consumables as there is sometimes issues of not getting al the items you need, bigger variety than most.
