I'm based in cape town and booked a spa treatment for my man at skin sense for our anniversary. Reception have zero phone etiquette and were not very helpful. But he enjoyed the overall experience, location & treatments which he rated 5 star, but the only downer for him was when reception asked him to pay when i had already done the payment days in advance and called in to check if they had received my email with proof of payment and asked them to state on his appointment that it had already been paid for to avoid them asking him sigh, even when he told them to check my email they didn't so he had to end up calling me to explain. Your spa is great but please work on reception the ladies need to communicate better with clients and each other. But thank you for treating him well.
