Lovely place to get away from the noise of everyday busy life. Private beach on offer with lifeguards for safety. The service is a bit slow and lacking, maybe it has to do with the very laid back and casual atmosphere.

Great place for families, was a great place for our son's first vacation (18months). The staff was great with him too.

Amazing time the second time around loved the short holiday feel! Kids and families kept busy with loads of fun and entertainment. Amazing service from the General Manager and her team! The food from room service was the best I've ever had! And then there is the buffet breakfast, lunch and supper out of this world taste and variety! Thanks to all we had a amazing time and felt like Rockstars!

Lovely holiday spot. Self catering chalets and a camping site apart from the hotel. Very central with shops close by. Jungle gym play area, putt putt, gym, squash courts and a lovely pool are just some of the amenities.

Hotel located near the umgababa rural community. Hotel along N2 south which is visible. The hotel facing sea view and it has access to the beach. Hotel clients just walk to the beach which is safe with access gate. Hotel has swimming pool, conference centre and rooms . Those interested in outdoor life this is suitable place with lodges. Security from the gate visible.

Really nice hotel tucked away from the busy city, but not too far. Lovely gardens, pool area , tasty food, friendly staff & stunning rooms with such comfy beds! Nice place if you want to relax and unwind & good with families👍

Wonderful service, beautiful hotel, clean and right in front of the beach. I got a room on the second floor - facing the sea. My kids love it here. And the deck to the beach make the walk to the beach even more lively and exciting. This not too far from the city centre, but away from the city centre and this is what I love about it. It's beautiful.

The service at this hotel is excellent. From the time you arrive you are greeted with warmth. Their buffet meals are amazing. Long walks on the beach or some down time at the spa is a great way to relax and unwind. Will definitely visit again!

Very poor bar service. Ordered cocktails, they did not have cocktail glasses. When paying R 70.00 a cocktail I expect good service and proper glasses.

Our waiter was not friendly at all. Forgeting our orders and being rude to us when we were asking something. Other than that the food was very nice cooked to perfection. Their setup is wonderful. Suggestion as it is winter there is sun in the seating are afternoon, if that can considered for your improvements

Food terrible, room 105 disappointing (aircon not working dripping water whole night, toilet could not flush, room service pathetic). I was really disappointed had booked on 3rd of April.

Lovely accommodation. Good beds, bedding and towels. Excellent reception by Brenda! TV needs attention. Poor picture quality. Breakfast was disappointing. Did not eat the hot breakfast so this applies to the cold buffet. The cheese looks as if it had been resting in a hot place. Limp and sweaty. The croissant and other pastries did not look or feel fresh. As if they were removed from the fridge and displayed. I remember eating a superb breakfast here years ago.

The WiFi is SUPERB. Thank you.
