Lovely homemade chilli sauce, very spicy. Only complaint is that the container it was packaged in leaked so would recommend putting them in jars, otherwise the sauce itself was good & hot.

A must have when passing by! The food is just like mum's home food, the best curry Ive tasted out of Durban. The owner and staff are very humble and helpful.

What a beautiful little gem along the N3! If you are traveling on the N3 do yourself a favor and set aside some time to stop over for a meal here. Shamane was the most welcoming and friendly owner with amazing authentic Indian food. Being vegan it is hard to find good, healthy and filling food but the platter that was put together was out of this world.! You can taste the love put into the food. I will be a customer forever! Thank you for the amazing food.

On way to joburg and back I always eat here. Great curries. Not only that they have savoury snacks and fudge type items.

I've come across many Indian restaurants before but I must say that Maharaj's van Reenen curries is by far the best I've visited. Just walking in already gives you a sense of comfort. You walk in and you're welcomed with the delightful fragrance of Indian curries and warm smiles from the staff members. The hospitality is great and the cleanliness even better!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the sweet meats, mutton Jaffles and home made tea on the way home back to Limpopo.

Delicious. My fiance wanted a rotti on the way back to Durban, we ever thought we would see an Indian shop on the way home! What great food and friendly service. We wish there was one in Durban! Great prices too!
