You can enjoy a nice meal the hotel is average but comfortable the casino is small but to get time past it can sometimes be rewarding

Live music is making the place more enjoyable over food and drinks. There is a salon, food court, play ground for children, a great restaurant and game center for adults; lastly the hotel, good reception and banks for your convenience. All you have to do is be there to experience the all in one place to be in Bethlehem

Friendly, welcoming staff. The games have become a bit boring - so many of the same games and most of the entertaining ones are gone. Restrooms are always an issue, doesn't smell "clean" and some things are broken - loose toilet seats, doors that don't lock. Maybe they should also consider a separate bathroom for minors who are not accompanied by adults.

Had a wonderful stay and food was just magnificent. The chef really knows how to prepare the food. Fish, steak and lamb chops I had was really tantalizing.

A well run hotel. Pleasant stay with high standards. Most comfortable. Obliging staff. I'd complimentary drinks are offered in the bar i.e. besides a beer a glass of wine - then ensure a white & red wine is available. No all people want a sweet rose wine. Also the bar tender ought to be better informed and accommodating if this facility is offered.
The restaurant manager is to be commended for sorting out this hiccup on our second stay the following week.response / report this review -

Great hotel. Comfortable beds. Short walk to the mall (3mins) Reasonable rates. Enjoyed the food at the restaurants. Just don't ask for any of the rooms close to reception if you want peace and quiet! They can be a little noisy being so close to reception and entrance/exit to mall pathway.

It greatly disappoints me that this disgrace can be called a casino. Well, at least in the South African sense. There's a casino, a hotel and two restaurants. No, that's it. No accessible outdoor space except the below average parking space.
