  Stay has yet to finish, but the staff are friendly, and the rooms are very nice. A guest house worth staying at if you are nearby.

  This place is so lovely, very quiet and relaxing place to be, once you are in Weppener make a turn and enjoy their services, the beautiful gardens and how they kept the history alive.

  We didn't stay over at Lord Fraser, but were biking around Lesotho and stumbled upon this gem. The owner recognized us, having past us the day before around Fouriesburg. What a great guy, and he refused to take money for the coffees we had. Much appreciated. Beautiful gardens and I love the building.

  What an experience.. the Lord Fraser Guesthouse is a great find in this part of the world. Full of history and well maintained and restored. The owner is awesome and knows the area anf history really well. I highly recommend a stay at the Lord Fraser - Visit the bar which was the old stables.

  Hated it.
  Was a nice looking place but it needs a lot of attention now.
  Broken window to room, loose taps, bathroom mold. :(
  Service was also non existent. Even had to buy food for the kids from a take-away.
  And their prices were not cheap either. (Breakfast not included in price)

  beautiful little hotel, met some wonderful folk at the local watering hole, stayed in the penthouse suite which was absolutely excellent!
