Booking is terrible, Veronica charged is R60 cancellation for a child 4 weeks ahead of our booking , then the child ended up coming and it went from R100 per nights to R121 per night. She is not professional and rude, we will take our Business elsewhere

We came here for our 30 aniversary. Hotel rooms realy'realy nice. One awsome view from the rooms. Not the least but the best food served in the restaurant. Well done to all.
Rooms just need a small fridge to keep cooldrink cold.
Excellent service.
I will come here again. So many places to visit in the area.

A place to distress in the midst of bush life. There is hotel rooms, chalets and camping places. It caters for almost everyone and it's surrounded by great mountains. A lovely retreat or holding an event.

Stayed in the chalets just below the hotel. At first it seemed like a perfect place beautiful surroundings, away from busy cities secluded so I figured quiet. Until, we went to bed. Sounded as if I stayed right next to hendrik potgieter. Temperatures go as high as 30 but not a single fan. Water was either slightly dirty or it looked as if I was pumping sand into the bath. Also no shower just a tiny bath that won't fit any average sized adult. I'd much rather go stay at kiara lodge. Maybe they can actually provide clean water.

Well priced, the food offering was very good I enjoyed the dinner, took the Holkrans trail refreshing and beautiful especially after the rains. Fantastic views, the mountains are picturesque surrounded by lush grenary

Good value for price and majestic surroundings. Self catering chalet people can go to hotel for meals so dont have to bring own food if there for a few days.
