  Awesome vibe. Awesome wine and great value for money for the wine tasting. We visited on a rainy Saturday and got welcomed by the owner and he presented and explained the wines to us. The atmosphere with the great wines under the marquee tent on the river bank of the farm dam with some live quitar music made it a very pleasant occasion. A must visit when your close to Gansbaai

  I have visited Lomond wine estate on several different occasions and is blown away by its beauty every time.
  The owners have invested a lot of capital and energy to make it a very special venue to have a glass (or three) of wine or cup of coffee. Its great in all seasons - for winter there's a crackling fire and good red wine and in summer there's a cool breeze and chilled white wine.
  It is also a great venue for sporting events like the recent Lomond Triathlon.
  This is definitely one of my favorite spots.

  Terrible service. Person serving us had very little knowledge of the wine. Completely over priced for the quality and experience.

  Great venue. Superb service. Amazing wines. Without a doubt one of the best Syrah's in South Africa!
