Used to love coming here today the kids area filthy and staff just sitting around doing nothing, not even bothering to pick upclearly visible dirty tissue paper lying around.

The service is slow. We were seated on arrival but were only asked if we'd been helped 15mins later. This by the same waitress who served the table across from us and had been there thrice before noticing us. Then the food took about 30mins even though the restaurant was basically empty. My partner was livid and refused to tip her but I felt bad and tipped her regardless of the very bad service we received

Very poor service. My steak was ice cold and we waited about an hour for our food. Not that you were that busy. Wrong food brought to table.

Waited too long for initial service, then waited 30 min for food then waited 10 min for drinks. No more than 10 people in restaurant. And that for a burger that i could buy across the road in 10 minutes for half the price. Not impressed

The best Spur in all of Port Elizabeth and the only one that allows you to bring in your own alcohol without a corkage.

Been there multiple times. Definitely my preferred Spur in PE. Never had a problem with food or service.

Not a bad Spur. Staff were quick and food is good. The play area is a bit small for kids older than 5 and it can get a bit crowded quickly in the play area. It's probably the 2nd best Spur in town.
