Só disappointing! Beautiful setting, lots of fun for the kids but poorly managed & in desperate need of some basic staff training!
Waited 40 minutes for waitron to take our order, then got up to call her! Drinks took 55 minutes to arrive, most cooldrinks were out of stock, badly chipped glass! Then the food took even longer to arrive 2x burnt pizzas, still waiting for chili sauce, food not ready at the same time & 1x gluten free charred black pizza! The waiter took the pizza back to the kitchen & we never saw him again!
Such potential but definitely not worth the aggravation!

A wonderful experience, for such an affordable price! A great family outing, or even a fun place to take visiting friends and family. A small but beautifully maintained snake section, with very informative staff. Sadly we had already missed the snake show for the day. The crocodile tour was lovely, and started off with a very interesting talk. The guide was very funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Would love to go back and do the crocodile cage dive when the kids are a little bit older. There is also a great little restaurant on the premises, with picnic options for those that want to sit on the grassy banks outside. The food was delicious and the prices super affordable.

Nice place, there is a beautiful lake right in front of the cottages and also a nice pool. Do remember to use bug spray. Stefan, the croc farm guide, is super nice and does an interesting croc tour. Restaurant Wilderer (suggested by the hosts) nearby is super nice for dinner.

Good food & wine! Love the croc & reptile shows on weekends. Ample space to play. Awesome entertainment for the kiddies while mom takes a break :)

Really awesome place to go if you want a true reptile experience! They have a ton of crocs to check out and do cage diving during certain hours of the day as well. Their resturant is really nice with a great view and great menu.

Lovely family venue with relaxed atmosphere around lake with lively views over mountains. Picnic on the lawn, fishing in the lake and of course cage diving with crocodiles for the more adventurous

    Very nice venue!
The crocodile show and snake shows are awesome!

But the restaurant is very bad. The food took ages to arrive. I mean how long should it take to arrange cheeses on a plate? And they were not even that busy. My friends' food arrived cold as well.

Conclusion: I'd go back to see the animals but not their culinary talents ;)

Very nice establishment. The food is delicious and the views are lovely. The crocodile programme is fun and insightful. Great for kids as there is a park located behind the restaurant.

Great place! Since we last were there, they now offer fishing lessons (on the lake) and also have crocodile dives.

Great experience! Had a tour and learned a lot about crocodiles. Props to the guy that gave us the tour and feeding the crocs for us to see. A nice cafe there to relax and enjoy the view.

The setting is tranquil. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Spend an unforgettable day at Le Bonheur Crocodile Farm. Should you feel like I do, you can also stay over! My most loved get-a-way. And it is child friendly.

We were at Le Bonheur for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. It was such a lovely stay. The view was amazing from our room, and the facilities were great. The staff were friendly, and efficient. Everything we needed was there. The only thing which can be improved on is the air-con facility as it can be quite hot in the rooms. We absolutely loved our stay, and will be coming back soon! Thank you Le Bonheur Crocodile Farm :)

Good guide on the crocodile tour. The tour was however very short, what we thought would be the start of part 2 of the tour was the end. Only one enclosure to see basically, all the same sized animals. Outside there is 2 little camps with 2 emu, 2 tortoises and 4 pigs. Getting to hold a young crocodile was fun and a good experience.
