Was in such a hurry to get out of my car that I locked my keys in the ignition. A Technician from Lindsay Saker had the door open in 10 seconds flat. Thank you do much.

Quoted me R3,900 for a 120,000kms service when another VW dealership quoted R2,200 for the exact same service. When I asked why I was told that their labour rates are more expensive. Havent used them so cannot rate their service and based on this pricing I doubt that I will consider them again.

My Vivo's right hand head light was dead I have a maintenance plan that cover it. I went to the Alberton branch and was told by the young lady I need to book the car in as a job card must be made out. I asked if she cant just make out one as I cant drive the car in the dark like that its seem to be a big big job so I went and bought a bulp for R230 at VW and replace it 5 min later I left. I think your service really sucks

Service Department is not as sterling as the Sales/Parts/Reception in treating/resolving customer needs. Took my new vehicle 3 times there already with unstatisfactory outcpmes 😡
