BAD BAD BAD. DO NOT GO HERE. THERE IS NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I was shouted at by the owner over the phone when i tried to confirm my booking after paying. I still decided to go there after that because I had already paid and our anniversary was coming up in a week. A day before arrival, the honeymoon suite I booked was unavailable and we were put into one of the regular cabins which was not worth the money. We arrived there to find no one at reception. We eventually got to our room by flagging down some of the ground staff who worked there. We went out to get food and came back to find no one at the entrance gate, I contacted the woman (who should have been at reception) who gave us a gate code that didnt work. We stayed outside for 30 mins and when we tried call again, the lady wouldn't answer. We ended going to the road lodge in Rusternburg which was way cheaper and way way better than this place. We did not spend one night there and I am still trying to get my money back. Please do not go here if you are trying to have a good time. One of the worst experiences of my life.

It was our 1st weekend away at Kumbagwane Game Lodge. We had the most wonderful stay there. I would recommend this place anytime for the following reasons Friendliness of the staff since we made our booking up till the day we left. The marked hiking trails. The game drive was excellent especially when we were on top of the hill nd experienced the most beautiful views of the lodge itself nd the surrounding areas. Next time we will definitely go right up to the waterfall.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Reserve. The place is so beautiful with nice and clean Log cabins. We stayed in a self catering unit and had everything we needed. A special thank you to Tracey and Johan who were so kind and assisted us with everything we needed. Everything about this place was good value for money from the accommodation, to the game drive.This place exceeded expectation and really deserves a 5Star. Big ups to Tracey and her team!!!!
