Nice place, but not much to do. Bar and restaurant closed. Just swimming pool, can't go game driving unless you pay extra, so you go to a nature reserve to sit the whole day in your accommodation when you actually are a natuur lover and want to see the animals and relax in the veld,pity. I won't be going there again

I'm rating it at 0.00, Management at that place is unprofessional and racist. Nadene whom i think is in charge, took concerns as complaints and was too defensive, she even offered to give us our money back on second day saying that we complain too much. Street lights were not working, she had a bad attitude when told about it. She made no effort of organizing micro ovens or tv's even after being notified that we're coming with children under 10 years. She also restricted us from the bar area claiming that there was a private function only after her colleagues told us we are welcome to use the are at any time from 5pm. She changed our booking from 5 chalets to 3 houses with 8 bed rooms but never made an effort to move the furniture around to suit our families, especially the bedrooms. She knew 5 families were coming and yet after we moved the furniture ourselves, she still pestered us to move it back the way it was. She gave us a constant reminder daily of our checkout. Last of departure. there was load-shedding, they have a power generator that didn't supply our houses and yet she kept pushing us to be out by 10:AM at the lodge. Some families left without bathing due to that.
