  Terrible service received today, I called for a quotation on parts and when I asked for the quotation to be sent via email the person assisting me suddenly had a very bad attitude and asked me to email him first and when I asked for him to spell the email address to ensure it is correct he raised his voice and when I questioned him about the way he is treating a new customer he had quite a few words to day that shows his level of unprofessionalism.
  
  I will not use this branch at all and will not refer anyone here if they expect even the slights bit of decent service from the consultant.

  Very unprofessional service from the 2 branches I have visited
  Worst the Hq personal in so called Pretoria West very rude managerial team.
  They are distributors of Korean motor vehicles specifically Hyundai spare parts in the country but they told me they can not order soares while I am willing to pay for.
  The one salesman in Kempton branch told me to and pick up the part he said it is in Centurion branch that he initially has promised me to pick it up in Kempton l waited for 2 weeks even though he had promised me to pick it the following day.
  I drove from Kempton park under his guidance to pick it up in Centurion I got there I was told that they didn't have stock, surprised I was.
  The man there told me he will order it and will have it by 1400hrs the same day Friday the 31st of March.
  I personally foned him around 1430hrs he told me he was still off loading the delivery van.
  I waited expecting that he will call me back but nothing took place.
  
  I see this as very very unprofessional service

  This is probably the worst business you can deal with. They sell second hand parts as new and they LOVE TO ARGUE when you confront them.
  We purchase a lot of spares for our fleet but will not support this type of backyard business any longer.
  PUBLIC BEWARE if something breaks there is a " person" who over the counter will use derogatory language and refuse to listen.
  We bought 4 injectors for a Hyndai H100 fitted them and they were over fuelling, We took them to Bosch had them tested and were told they had never been refurbished.
  
  R2465.00 down the drain through legalised theft.

  The Service and sales people are the worst!
  
  When you phone the branch they answer the phone in a rude manner, as if you are bothering them, when you ask about parts, they don't even wait for you to finish your sentence and tell you we don't sell the part.
  
  I hope that the Branch Manager either replace the salesmen there with people who would like to work and assist customers in a friendly manner, because at the moment it is impossible to work with salesmen like that.
  
  Horrible Service!!!

  They sold me a used H100 fuel return pipe and to top it the pipe had a small hole that was leaking diesel. They don't even deserve a rating.
