We rented a car from here and requested a baby seat for a 4 month old. When we fetched the car, there was no baby seat so they had to deliver it which took over an hour.
Luckily we were staying on the estate but if we weren't that would have been even more inconvenient than it already was.

When it was delivered, my husband asked the man for help installing it, and his words (directly quoted) "I'm not an expert."
We eventually managed to install it, to realise that it would not be safe for a four month old, for a long drive as she would be sitting upright and is far too big!

On the Sunday when we came to drop the car off, the office was closed. We phoned the hotline and were told to drop it off at the Bergriver gate. Why weren't we told upon collection that we needed to this? We wasted about an hour figuring this out.

Disappointing and unsafe service.

Fantastic, Could not have asked for better service. First time customer for Hertz, great service and extremally friendly. Even though I was going through a tough time with my own personal vehicle, and as long as there was a car available they were able to help me on short notice. Just waiting on my deposit to be paid back, but hopefully from from side there is no problems there. Overall great service, keep on doing what you are doing!
