Ya boi is 10 months clean and going strong! It's a nice place. Rehab is intense. It's not supposed to be lavish and lush. It's definitely a safe place and my counselors taught me alot. As a facility it's clean, the beds are fairly comfortable and everyone is there to help you.

Changes helped me massively it got to the point where we had nowhere to turn and in desperation my partner reached out to Changes and i was admitted into the treatment centre. Right from the start they worked the 12 step programme with me and their intervention literally saved my life. I had intensive therapy with a psychologist an occupational therapist and an addictions councillor. The team at Changes are very passionate and committed from the nurses to the councillors and the maintenance staff. Id like to mention a few of those who played an integral part in my recovery - Christy Ann, Melissa, Lolly, Ots, Ruth, Elizabeth, MamV, Brian and Tristan. Im very grateful for how Changes helped me through a very difficult time of my life and brought me back from the brink when I had nowhere else to turn.

Changes is a facility that makes a change in your life from the moment you walk trough the doors. Every counselor,every session,every class that is attended is there for you to become the person you are meant to be. I highly recommend Changes. Not only do they focus on helping you becoming clean and sober. But with an amazing 12 step program. Make the Change with Changes.

Changes rehab have not only helped me to change my life and grow within myself, they have also saved me from all that I didn't understand and all that I once thought was "OK". To the whole clinical team who have been there with me every step of the way, watched me grow and cared for me so much, I am FOREVER grateful! I have grown in to the woman I have always wanted to be, and I have the help of Changes to thank for that.

A fantastic place to turn your life around. The 3 week program is intense with full days or therapy. The staff complement is well put together and every patent will see a psychologist every day and a counsellor once a week. If you are serious about recovery, this is the place to be.
