First class game lodge. Excellent large comfortable rooms. Private plunge pool at each room. Friendly knowledgeable staff and rangers. Excellent game viewing. All round wonderful experience .

I stayed here for 4 nights. The resort / lodge is simply stunning as you'll see from the photos and website. It is very exclusive and the staff make every effort to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. The food, service, spa, private plunge pool, beautifully appointed rooms, game drives and the surrounds are all 5 star. I had the most amazing stay and Would definitely come back!

Absolutely stunning place! I loved every minute of it! The lodge is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are private and spectacular. I absolutely loved heated swimming pool. Food is fantastic and the service is unbelievable. They truly make you feel like a royalty! Kapama game park is beautiful itself, with beautiful landscape and plenty of picturesk dumbs and abundance of very friendly animals. They are not scared at all of vehicles. And also if you are there to see as much of wild life as possible nothing can beat the private game viewing vehicle, then you can spend whole day in the bush if you want.

We have been at Kapama Karula for the last few days and it is without a doubt incredible value for money and hands down the best experience we have ever had. A Private Game Reserve combining African bush luxury with world class service, food and exhilarating (super close up) game drives with the Big 5 and more!. Thank you to all the team at Karula especially Dohan and Edwin (Ranger and Tracker), Faith in the kitchen (this lad can cook!!) and of course Johan who we love! Thanks to all the team (not forgetting Dennis, Porcha and Bjorn)

Unlike the many lodge offering Safari excursions, this one delivers the full experience of a safari. We saw during a two days trips the big five game animals, the African lion, African elephant, Cape buffalo, African leopard, and rhinoceros plus more. The lodge is luxurious too, highly recommended.

Was very disappointed because the animals were very scares. The camp and food was nice enough. We had our own swimming pool which was great and I loved the suites!!
