Never pack outside. The place is full of thieves! I think they must at least inform people about how dangerous the place is especially outside. The service is fine though.

Place is fine might have almost what u want but staff is unkind most of the time,maybe it's the long hours they put in or its jus ignorance and no knowledge of customer care,look into that management

Pleasantly surprised. We thought that since it was so busy we would have to wait forever in the queue to pay and we expected chaos. Much to our surprise, we were helped by friendly staff and service was very efficient. Didn't wait long at queue at all. Will definitely visit again!

Helpfull staff, i entered 16h50, close to closing time, and although it was a long day for the people working there being such a big busy shop,i still received help and all items i looked for was found for me, they are preparing for back to school, but are flexable and something i appreciate from kit kat personelm you van ask any person in any ilse something, price of items, if this is on special, is that special still on and they can answer and assist you, Good Job Guys and Girls, the retail sector is not a easy place to work in, specially with the difficult customers we are

Good place to buy in bulk, except for the crowd and speed points cables too short, which is a PIN safety issue. Everyone can see your PIN code. After several complaints, Management refuse to take action to PIN code safety.

I Love to buy all my groceries and food stuffs for my shop & take aways @ Kit kat. The prices are competitive and service always friendly. The only problem i experience is that there is not enough open cashiers when its rush hour or month end. I suggest you allocate a few till points for bulk sales only so that they don't congest ALL the till points. Its a struggle to pay if you only have 1 trolley but need to wait 30-45 min because the Bulk Sales takes up all the tills and you can not use the express tills because you have more than 10 items.. RE DIRECT THE BULK SALES TO DEDICATED TILL POINTS. And leave enough tills open to the people who do not have so many things.
