Has a wide selection of goods at fair prices which become cheaper when you buy in bulk. Quite difficult to navigate the store due to it's rectangular island of storage racks in the center.

Understaffed most of the time due to unknown reasons so if you wanna buy something quick be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes.

The card system they use(if you don't have a Makro card you're not allowed to purchase any items) is ancient and it reflects that the store is not pregressive at all.

It becomes very crowded. They should improve the till payment process. People stand for too long. No provision for old people and people with disability to at least sit while waiting. If they do have, there's no indication for that.

Very nice Makro. Accessible from two main roads. They have lots of safe parking space with car gaurds watching your vehicle while you shop. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. The products are for sure good value for your money.

Makro is many stores in one. You find everything and anything that you could ever be looking for. I went in yesterday to buy some cleaning products on their R100.00 deals. Immediately when I entered the store I saw stationary and I immediately bought to avoid the January rush. This showed that Makro understands the needs of customers. I really enjoy buying in bulk because I don't like buying the same things every month.

This is a lovely Makro that always have an abundance of staff available to assist customers. They have a wide variety of goods and their in-house specials are well advertised. The fresh section is also a bonus and it truly assist in buying all your goods in one place. The meat section use to be one of my favourites, but as of late, that area is very dirty and meat is often rotten. I don't buy the meat here anymore. The other big problem is the cashiers - there are never enough and the queue is always past 10 or more isles, regardless of the date on which you go there. Perhaps the many sale consultants could be use to assist in this area? Overall a very nice place to shop.

Makro Wonderboom is the only branch in the north of Pretoria thus creating long queues during public holidays. However, the store offers excellent service and has some of the most friendliest and professional staff. I enjoy every moment spend at Makro Wonderboom.

This store gets quite busy, to the tune of standing down the isles, zigzagged. The staff is generally helpful and there when you need them, but I've been greeted with lack of interest and boredom before in this shop.

The specials here are worth a look, especially bulk buys.
If your Makro card is stolen, you can apply for a new one within minutes and this process flows well.

Parking is safe and there are car guards as well.
There's a hot dog stand which is nice for a quick snack on the way home.

I just wish that they had a carry basket, the only thing I could put my groceries in was a large stainless steel trolley. I hope Makro is able to change this.

You can now refill your gas here as well, at a reasonable cost.

I do my monthly groceries there, I prefer walking isle by isle to ensure that I don't miss anything. I like their promos, example, 5 Maggie noodle for R100.00. Ceres juices 4x6s for R100.00. Lots more specials. I always find what I need and want there. The friendly staff and sufficient number of tellers, no doubt. Best operating hours.
