Waited 3 weeks to get a quote for a car service, this after NUMEROUS calls. No replies, no apologies and even after speaking to the Service Manager. I had to go there to get a quote. Very disappointed for such a renowned and international company!

Be aware. Make sure all valuables, especially money, even coins for parking money, is removed from your vehicle. Had a bad experience.

I had always received the best services til last week, needed to book my vehicle in for a service while the R 1 700 cap promotion was still on. I'd get transferred from one person to the next, then I'd be placed on hold til I hung up. I eventually left my contact details and no one got back to me,only to phone back again on the 16th to be told they were fully booked and the promotion ends on the 22nd, after servicing my car here for a very long time I don't think I'd wanna come back following the bad service I've received in the past week.

I wanted to book my car for service, I called for a long time and there was no answer. Finally when I got someone, she just took my number and promised to call back, but she never did. I then called and called again and still there was no response. Pathetic service indeed.

So if your car is no longer under service, do not bother taking your car there as when you take it it will come back with more issues. When you complain you will be told that your vehicle is old anyway, what do you expect?!

appalling service I have received in the last 6 months taking my car back and forth to be fixed only for it to come back with even more broken!
