Very bad customer service, the petrol attended only service black customers only. I stop at the pump this morning and 2 motor vehicles stop Infront of me and the petrol attendeds see I was first but they refuse to help. And when one trainee come after help her people. I told her that the guys see I was first, her reply we did not see you. I ask for the manager she took her time. I explained what happend and she which is also white like me said I was racist. My advice to all coloured and White customer engen in Brighton road only serve you when you are black.

I have been by their CarWash and they charge me R130.00 same price and the SUV and Double Cabs but my car is light passenger vehicle

When I asked why ?
I was told that managent is enforcing that rule because they regard all these types of cars (Ford Kuga, Ford Ecosport, VwTiguan,Opel Mokka), as bigger cars

It does not make sense how are we charged for these type of car, because some are just small cars just on high suspension frames

Fast efficient car wash that operates from 7am till 10pm, 7 days a week. Very well priced and arguably best in the area. Tends to be very popular, so budget some waiting time when they are busy around weekends.

I took my vehicle to this car was. They washed it very bad, it was very dirty. I requested a re-wash. They were so angry that their staff member decided to scratch my car. The responsible leader refused to give me the contact details of the owner, her surname, title and decided to attend to another customer said she was coming back; never did and told that it's not their problem. Service at that place is so bad. Never washing my car or buying a thing in that shop. Even if I get stuck, never felt so discriminated against, the manner in which I was spoken to. Employees are being called with a finger by Sonia .so pre 94.
