Very poor service.. the drive thru queue wasn't even moving. I had to leave without buying. That's how bad the service is. Don't waste your time going there at night.

They offer very bad service. Dry chicken. Long queues. The only thing they get right is bloody ice cream.

I buy at KFC mahube course it's closer to home however it happened 3 time that I get the meal with 1 peace of chicken short after que of about 45 minutes the service/consultant don't even greet you. Most of the time the speed point as well is not working drive throu is even worse!!!

KFC mahube is useless especially service wise. You will wait on the cue for hours to be able to buy especially at night as they closes the doors and only operate from drive through. I think they must do something about this and the night staff are just relaxed and lazy as if the is no cue outside. The only reason I visit them is because I will be hungry by that time but I think they need a competition for them to be on their toes. Mxm

The drive thru after midnight should be faster but it's pretty slow. Please do something about that.
