I honestly think the management has to put the foot down when it come to how their employees treat customers. Had shocking service today and it was so terrible I actually thought it was a joke.

Waited for 36 minutes for my order. Couldn't order twister meal because the restaurant had no lettuce. I was assisted by a young lady by the name of Celokuhle who was extremely unfriendly and didn't even give me a a parting comment. She didn't even tell me how long I'll wait for my order.
The worst service experience.!!!! Not a single time did a manager appear to apologise and all the staff were making noise at the back!!!
