Please,do not book this place,awful experience from the first day.We traveled as a family of four from the UK,having paid upfront twelve months earlier,my family in S.A,were looking forward to using the pool with us,but it was emptied,and never refilled,due to a water shortage!!,it was dangerous,as it was extremely deep,and no safety barriers put around it.Room 1,the toilet was leaking we informed the maid but I had to wrap the bath mat around it,next day,water was leaking through the ceiling,flooding the room,this was due to a faulty fitting on the geyser above our room.We were moved to another room.Room 2,we arrived back from a very tiring day,and when driving into the driveway almost went down a manhole which was not cordoned off!,got back to the room and they were trying to unblock the drains,and the smell of excrement hit you,all our clothes smelt,the room smelt,the hotel smelt.At this point the owner wanted us to move to another room!,this also smelt!,my sister and husband's room had no water and the toilet wouldn't flush!.The management seems to think that offering alternative rooms is good enough,it's not acceptable,and it is a breach of Health and Safety laws.We were not offered alternative accommodation,or any form of compensation,the management started to get angry and abusive,we then decided to move to relatives,where they were forced to give up their beds for us.This place needs closing,please do not bother booking,as you will be sorry!.
