Waited more than 30 min for a mediim gravy at drive through. As Customer infront refuse to wait in parking area for his chicken wings. Initiative could have been used to vive the other customers orders at the pay point and they could have left. We all had to wait until we complained.

1. No toilet paper in the restrooms, 2. Counters are so dirty so are the floors, 3. Waited almost an hour for our food and had to watch the people that came in after me walk out with orders 10 times bigger then mine. After finally getting gatvol I went to the counter to ask where my food was just to hear "they have bumped this order".I completely understand if the place is busy but I have never experienced such bad service from this KFC,

The worst KFC, the worst service. everything about KFC florentia is pathetic.
i love kfc and i never ever complain, friday was just the final straw. Rudely a guy asks me for my order only to get to the paying window, he asks me what i have ordered. i tell him that he should know, he then said no he doesn't because he never placed the order. i then drove off and he had a laugh. i mean come on!!!! every time i go there, there is always some kind of problem. the staff have been there for ages, they obviously hate their jobs. they are all rude and terrible at doing their jobs. obviously management is useless too. every once in a while i give them another try but they never fail to disappoint. you wait forever and the food is never fresh leaving your stomach unhappy. real pathetic KFC Florentia. Someone needs to do something about this but probably wont. I will post this complaint everywhere in hoping that they change their ways or hire people who need work.

Service was a bit slow, but considering that it was the end of the month, not bad. Zinger burger and Zinger Boxmaster came with no Zinger sauce. We asked for a 3 piece chicken with a request not to have a drumstick as 1 of the 3 pieces. When we got home we found a drumstick in the 3 piece. Not the end of the world, just saying. Overall, a decent experience.

I love KFC no matter where. The service is not fast, always check your bag they tend to leave some of your order out only to find out when you get home. This has happened more than 5times to us. I'm rating the institution not the food

I visited this franchise on the 27/09/2016 and ordered a 3 piece chicken & chips and a Colonel Burger. The chicken was burnt and obviosly cooked in old oil. It also had a zingy taste to it which means that the Zingy chicken which KFC sells had been fried in the same oil. The Colonel Burger I bought was also not up to KFC's standard.
Unfortunately I will not be buying from this outlet again.

Rather go to the one on Michelle avenue. This place is terrible. Service is awful! Ordered a meal and was told they need 5 minutes to do a fillet. I canceled the order and left after 30 minutes.
