Service in store isnt good. Poorly trained staff taking your order. Makes mistakes. Don't work on the order number system like others. Food is cold when received.

Macdonalds Alberton . Burnt toasted cheese wrong coffee and manager was called twice and didnt respond. Order was not served with chips which was paid for bad service for an early morning.

Since doing major renovations, this place has been a pleasure to go to. I avoid this place during lunch hour since it gets rather busy. Bathrooms are clean. Close to everything. It's open 247, so if you happen to wake up in the middle of the night in a hospital close by with the munchies, you can just pop by.

The drive through staff are a little slow. At least the food was prepared fast, and the burgers was still warm when we got home. Nothing special about this outlet.

It's all rather standard except for this one area in the restaurant with the best seating where you are not allowed to sit if you're eating burgers I don't know what the point is of have such an area in a Burger centered restaurant, but I was rather disappointed.

They totally screwed up our order. Switched out the tartar sauce for mayonnaise and didn't tell us. When we called them out on it, they refused to refund us and were very arrogant about it. Might I add, the mayonnaise definitely doesn't work on fillet of fish.
