Excellent service. Manager and staff are friendly and quick. Atmosphere is quite nice. Would recommend sitting inside if you are on a date.

Rip off of note. Placed a takeaway order - a substantial order at that. Just got home to find half of the food missing. Paid for but never got sashimi, dragon rolls or maki. I'll never go back

When we got there, the waiters seemed a bit confused as what to do next. They eventually took us to a table, and was greeted with our waiter after a few minutes. We waited at least an hour for our food, luckily the food was not bad otherwise the rating might have been lower. We saw lots of tables complaining about the slow service, thought this might only be a one time deal but after reading the other comments it looks like the same experience every day of the week. Don't think we will be returning.

the service was simply shocking. Every round of orders was wrong, the food arrived over a half hour period - at a table of 4 people. Even the manager when i tried to get help was beyond ensuring we could get the meals we ordered. It would have been comedic if they hadn't actually ruined our evening out of sheer incompetence.

We had the platter for 2 & 1 but did not receive the correct order. The food was however very delicious.
Please try to have only one waiter come and ask if the guests are still fine. As we had a few different people asking us the same Q every 5 minutes.response / report this review
