One of the female staff just said they're dealing with chicken only when I ordered a zinger boxmaster, the male staff who was helping me with my order had to go to the kitchen and checked if the fillings were available and he told her to prepare my order but she came up with another excuse saying her hand was cut or something. Besides the lady's behaviour towards me as the customer, I had an okay experience. But please talk to your female staffs to change their attitude

Very unhappy that no middle chest pieces are included in family feast or even a ribbon piece with white meat attached. Only drumsticks and thighs in a R179. 00 order of 8 pieces. Was informed that it is new decision.
Can the parking area be fixed again. Maybe plain cement will be better than the stones that keep moving and keep forming ridges.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING MEAL THAT I CANNOT EVEN STOMACH. EVERYTHING IS OILY AND THERE IS NO FRESHNESS IN ANYTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF ATTENTION GIVEN TO THE MEAL

KFC Kensington might be getting too comfortable with the fact that their premises have been revamped. To top it off the telephones are not being answered for me to address this with a supervisor.

30min in a drive through with just 2 cars ahead of me and not busy inside. Terrible service as I asked for a explanation all I got was "askies"
This isn't how things should be done, not going back and won't recommend it as this was the 3rd time this happens

Slow service, person taking orders and cashier doesn't work - can't speak to 2 people at the same time, why does the drive through always ask to see receipt. Overall service and system for process flow does not work. Poor experience twice in a row!
