I love how the nurses are so friendly and helpful. You don't have to be scared that they might judge you.

I see that some people received good service hence the good rating that they are giving or perhaps we were not at the same department. The department that I went to had I don't want to say rude nurses, but there was this one nurse in particular, she was plain rude and disrespectful. I respect the elderly, she's old enough to be my grandmother, but the things that she was saying and her attitude were really uncalled for. I was rudely dismissed, and had to go somewhere else to get assistance which I did. I don't understand why people become nurses if they know that they are rude, disrespectful, bitter, impatient and insensitive. No human being deserves to be treated that way, they don't know anything about human dignity and it hurts.
