Such a pain to deal with these company; we paid them the money in full in March but up to date my order is not complete. They take us from pillar to post and they always duck and dive. I regret ever doing business with them. No communication at all. They absolutely do not respect customers. They deserve to be shut down as they rob customers. In my mind a rating of 1 is even higher.

My mother placed an order on the 3 March 2017, paid the full amount on the 6 March 2017 and till date NO installation is made!! They don't even communicate or phone my mother to explain the delay. Absolutely TERRIBLE service from Gemini Frameless and will never make use of them again and will convey this message to whoever I can to not deal with them!
