This is a fantastic place! Such an amazing lunch and coffee! I tried the chicken mayo toastie, it was one of the best I have ever had!
All the pastries also look incredible and baked right there! The prices are also fairly standard for a Cape Town bakery which is cool!
The waiters and waitresses are also amazing and work really hard!

Our waiter and overall service was excellent. The place was a hive of activity but we were able to secure a table outside. Great breakfast enjoyed and took some extra pastries home for later.

Fantastic breakfast. Ordered the strawberry crumpets that came with two large pieces of bacon. Very good and highly recommended. My friend ordered scrambled eggs on a sourdough rye, which was also good. Though I would recommend the crumpets because they were perfect. Service was fast and friendly.

Lovely breakfasts and everything that is baked comes out perfect. They put a lot of effort into their restaurant and it shows. Slightly pricey but worth the good vibe and quality of food.
There coffees are outstanding. Very keen to see what they have in store for us for their next branch

Very busy but worth the wait. Coffee is delicious and every bakery dish, is made to perfection. No table service available, but definitely not a turn off for the 100's waiting in queue. One of the best coffee and best places to go for breakfast. You can buy homemade bread to take home. An absolute gem to visit. Well done to the baker for the best in town.

Excellent coffee. Filled croissant is a must try if you like having pastry and eggs for breakfast. Cute cozy, and a real buzz.

Best homemade pastry i have had in my life! Better than french pastry! Try the apple danish, you wont regret it. Great coffee, super hipster place full of cool people.

Very busy spot and one of few genuinely authentic artisan (the term is so over used in Cape Town, but is apt here) pastries and breads. Great place to sit and have a sandwich with real bread or a pastry on the go as well as supplies to complement from d at home. Highly reccomended this place; good coffee too.

I agree with what's been said before, probably the best bakery in town (and I mean we should mention that they actually are a bakery 😏). The croissants are "au beurre" like they're supposed to be and the whole place is really nice. Check out their darker breads too, they're really good! The only thing I find a bit of a pity is that late birds often go away empty-handed.

Hip, edgy place with young people in hoodies smiling and offering good service. There’s often a wait since the place is popular but small; the poached egg in a deliciously soft tear-away croissant is worth a short wait. Pair it with a hot chocolate with homemade mini marshmallows and you’ll be satiated all the way to a late lunch.

Great local bakery which slowly grew to a amazingly trendy spot. The breads and pastries are extra ordinary and have definitely added to my hip size.

I got there quite near their closing hour, but was still treated super nicely and not pressured to rush. The croissant with cheese I had was the most amazing ever, no joke. I thought the price was totally worth it. The coffee is very pricey though and I, a big fan of high chairs and sitting at the bar, found the seating very uncomfortable. But there are outside tables.

If you are looking for a place for a breakfast, lunch or both this is the place. Amazing pastries, delicious sandwiches and high quality coffee I strongly recommend this bakery.

It's located in a very nice area and has a enjoyable environment. It is not large building, but there tables outside.

They were totally clued up on gluten free and have some really filling, hearty salads on offer as well as GF granola bars. They don't have any gluten free bread yet but they told me they're working on developing some. A great spot for fresh and delicious foods, and my non-gluten-free friends enjoyed the mega-filled toasted sandwiches.
