Beautiful campsite and the start of many amazing trails in the Drakensberg. It is highly recommend you use a vehicle with high clearance due to the poor quality of the road to the camp

The best camping we have had in ages. Beautiful scenery, sites are good. Road keeps out the rabble :)

Not the easiest of places to get to, but that makes it all the more special. Remote, quiet, fantastic views all around.

The best place to relax. You get put to sleep every night by the sound of the river nearby. There is also no cellphone reception and it is just pure unspoilt nature at its best!

Truly wonderful place, but be warned. Not for the unfit, injured, nervous, young or unprepared. The hikes are practically unmarked, and the trails can be treacherous at times. Multiple river crossings are often involved. but the scenery is breathtaking, it's a magical place. The marble baths (natural water rock slides) are worth the 3 hard hours hike (there and back) make sure you go early so you can enjoy them!

Beautiful scene to camp, hike or if that is not for you then there are chalets( pricey). Hiking a MUST, especially in the summer, cold water to relax in after.

Amazing place and starting point for the hike that will take you onto the escarpment where you can reach Mafadi mountain which is South Africa's highest mountain.
