  Probably one of the better Spur's. Only bad thing there was their bathrooma were a bit dirty and their floors.

  I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible service delivered by waitress and manager. Slow service supposedly blamed on the kitchen staff, met with a waitress and manager full of unapologetic attitude. While all the meals were then complementary thereafter, the breakfast experience was absolutely terrible.

  Walked in. Seated and asked for two milkshakes and a glass of water. 30 minutes later and two new tables served with milkshakes and burgers I walked out.

  Took my grandson there today for a treat. He had a voucher for a kids meal and drink. Took a waiter 5 min to find the waiter serving our table and then another 5 when the restaurant was very quiet to serve us. Food arrived. Quite good but carb conscience meal was protein plus a very thin slice of tomato and lots of very sweet sauce. Grandson enjoyed his burger . really good chips .. but had to go and find a waiter to get his drink. Again could not find the waiter for bill so went to pay to a very lackadaisical staff member. Another waiter was really concerned when i said the service was shocking. He at least showed some interest. I have been going to that Spur for over 4 years now. Will only go back under duress. The service was shocking.

  Excellent service, I have been to many spurs but the first ever where they have friendly concerned staff and perfect food and the best play area for our kids even when its raining. keep it up.

  The owner never replies to complaints. I have had bad service since Nov 2016. He never replies to emails sent.Sent him 3 emails to 2 different email addressses~ no reply from the bosd. Indigo Spur provide service that is less than acceptable
