Excellent service received. All problems reported were attended too and resolved. Service consultant kept me informed all the way. Parts took a bit long to arrive but then again, my vehicle has been discontinued from production.

While the service at this dealership is friendly, the inherent problems at Ford make owning one of their vehicles very frustrating at the moment. Phones are slow and clogged and lead times for servicing a vehicle are stupidly long due to all the fire related recalls being repaired at the workshop, which is understaffed for the task at hand! A 3 week wait for a minor service is completely unacceptable. I can't recommend using this agencies products until these issues are sorted out. Maybe Management should consider using temporary additional staff to do the EXTRA fire repairs so other customers can still get some service?
