  When you arrive, you are expected to wait to be seated This wouldn't be a problem if someone was there to attend to you. After being seated at a dirty table and promised to have it cleaned, prepare yourself to ask another waiter / waitress to clean the table and take your drinks order (30min later). Food order was taken and delivered in a timely manner but the quality is debatable.
  
  I've had breakfast here in the past with exceptional service and quality. I would not recommend Cappuccinos for lunch.

  Service was slow. So hard to get waitress’s attention even though we sat right opposite the barista bar. Food was tasty but well short of the menu pics. My pizza had one small piece of salami per slice. Empty plates for about 15min before we found our waitress (wasn’t even on the floor). It’s a pity because the restaurant look and feel really appealed to us. Didn’t even try the coffee as we figured it would be cold by the time we got it! So much potential there but service really needs improvement.

  Waited over 20 minutes for my order to be taken. When I mentioned this to the waitress, the response was a blank stare. Not even an attempt at an apology.
  
  Reading the reviews, it seems many have had the same experience.
  
  I wonder if the owner bothers to read these reviews?

  Arrived at restaurant for breakfast. Ordered food and coffee. and waited more than a hour and still did nor receive breakfast even though people seated after us ate and already paid for their food. Did get our coffee's but not tasty coffee at all. Would definitely not reccomend this restaurant to anyone.

  Great place to get a cup of coffee and something to eat. They do a breakfast special which is usually decently priced for what you get. Atmosphere is very laid back and informal. Great spot to relax before or after watching a movie and the cinema next door.

  Waiting for a waiter
  Place was nearly empty (6 tables) 4 waiters on duty, but often only 1 to be seen running around.
  Food was reasonable enough, but not a reason to go back.

  My husband had the steak and it was cooked really well. I'd give the burgers a miss. This is a good spot for a quick bite to eat in between shopping.

  Amazing service. Waiter and manager was friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent etiquette. Delicious food and the hazelnut cappuccinos a definite winner.
