Very terrible! I phoned to book my car for a service. I also explained that my car was doing something strange . The lady gave the phone to the workshop manager, he said he would look at my car to see what the problem was but the day after my car was returned it gave the same problems. My mom phoned and asked them about it and they said that they couldn't say.
Prior to booking my car. The lady took my details. The day they collected my car they phoned me and asked me if they gave me a quote because they do not see a service plan.
(Why ask me if they gave me a quote after collecting my car?)
I confirmed that I did have a service plan to which she replied "you do not".
(Why argue with the owner of the car before asking the right questions like - the name of the company your car service plan is with)
THEN they tought to look at the information logged into their system and actually confirmed that i do have a service plan, they called me again and asked me under whos name the plan was. I mean seriously, they've services my car before, why don't they keep/have the info or why didn't they ask me these questions prior to booking?
Disappointed - will never use their branch for a service again.response / report this review -
