These people will lie to your face. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR DETAILS. My car went in for a quote but within 15 minutes of dropping the car off I started receiving SPAM. 15 MINUTES. Even though I repeatedly brought this to multiple employees attention, and was assured that it had been taken care of, I continue to receive spam. The volume is also shocking. Daily multiple emails and SMS's Some days up to 6 SMS's. Some as late as 8 o clock at night. Including the email and number of the backup person I gave them.
If simple instructions can't be followed, and they will look you in the eyes and lie to you, as well as violate your privacy how can you possibly trust them to look after your vehicle. How can you trust them to not do something under handed while telling you something else.
I don't care where you take your car just DON'T TAKE IT HERE!response / report this review -

Absolutely amazing. This office deserves the awards that decorate its walls. The only reason I didn't full-star it is because of the 5.0 silver, convertible Mustang that I couldnt afford:(

The service at this branch has been pathetic. I phoned about a week ago to arrange a test-drive on a Fiesta as my car was stolen and I need to replace it. The salesman failed to get back to me on that day, so I called again the next day, to hear that he misplaced my number and therefore didn't call me back. However, if we could be at the branch at 10h00 I was told we could test-drive the car. When we arrived 10h00 it was to find that a colleague has now driven to Johannesburg with the car, for which he was very apologetic. We arranged that he will bring the car to my house the following morning 08h00. He phoned the next morning 08h20 to say that the colleague with the car was now late and he won't make it. We asked him to let us know when the car arrived and we'll try to come by. It is now 4 days later and I haven't heard back.
I now contacted Ford Menlyn and am hoping for a better experience.response / report this review -
