Don't come here on a public holiday. the staff are generally rude especially behind the deli counters. Managers don't make provisions and the queues are 30 mins long Terrible experience

Credit card machine not working after all the items in my trolley had been rung up. Had to pay cash otherwise go to another cashier. Apparantly machine had not been working properly for several hours. Not acceptable.

I bought 3 glyder boards from the store and 1 is not working. Norwood does not have stock and instead of trying to advise on date of stock availability or check gor stock at another branch they refunded my husband and made it seem as that was the only option. My husband ran around the store for an hour trying to get the correct assistance, called on for the store manager as well but all failed. There was no manager available to assist. We must now run around trying to get the board ourselves and pay more or tell 1 out of my 3 kids he can not have the board. I spent hours trying to resolve this with online orders and customer care telephonically to no prevail. I will share this on pnp facebook page, hello peter and the ombudsman as this is a very sly and cheatful way of doing business.

Signs clearly marking 4 packs of sweets for 100. Had 4 assorted packets of manhattan 400g sweets. Cashier assured me it rang up correctly. It hadn't. Then I had to go to enquires. Who then had to call sweet departement. Who then wouldn't give me the clear deal. No apologies. So I ended up returning it. Was not happy for all delays as I then had to go to another till for a refund.

You can buy almost anything that you may need from food to medicine. But be warned the lines are long

Very disappointed with the meat selection at this superstore. Nothing really to make roasts or a nice Sunday dinner. Left and went to another pick n pay.

In terms of regular shopping trip for home this has got to be one of the best. No hipsters, wannabes and such.

Long queues, incompetent staff, not enough open tills, extremely cramped entrance. Besides it being an unpleasant place, the variety of goods on sale is quite big, but the store layout is poor so expect to have to walk to both opposing ends.
