We asked for a room with two single beds and we got one double bed and struggled 2 hours to get a hold of reception. When they finally responded their way of resolving the problem was giving us a pillow and dovet without a cover and I had to sleep on a bench no wider than 30 cm/15 inches. Then 3 the morning a group of people came banging on the door saying it was their room. Turns out they doubled booked our room.

The restaurant the "Craw Daddys" was absolutely amazing though I have never had a meal so good. But it's best just to go to the restaurant and leave. The hotel is horrible.

Not a bad B&B but the front desk people could listen a bit better instead of chatting to other staff members. We asked for single beds got a double, we asked for 2 nights stay got 1 and had to go back to pay for the extra night. The wifi was also terrible but other than that not to bad.

It is an amazing place. Just a normal place to spend a day or night. I love their loft suit a lot. Got me thinking

WiFi doesn't really work. Food is great and staff are friendly. Expect long walks to rooms and up many stairs with heavy bags

Was very skeptical about the hotel even after looking at the pictures on the internet. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, spacious and well run eveything was. The rooms are big and well appointed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tzanaan

The hotel is very nice. Nice rooms. The only challenge I have is the single beds. I can't even turn and duvets are too small.

Is closer to town an the Tzaneen private hospital

The restaurant is popular in the area but it takes longer to receive food on time.

Awesome Staff and Service, wouldn't mind returning at all. Breakfast is brilliant. My room was clean, no complaints there, Plumbing needs abit of a service, and WIFI signal strength needs to be strengthen but everything else is on point.

The rooms were clean and value for money. Additionally, my wife left a valuable item in the room and they contacted me to inform me that the item is in their possession. In a country where people could do with material benefits, this gesture of honesty was truly astounding. Thank you Hotel @ Tzaneen.
