I'm simply giving four stars because I believe threre's always room for improvement. I took a shot'left to Tzaneen and couldn't have chosen a better place to rest. The service is out of this world. A fully functional restaurant with room service. The landscape is definitely something to write home about. I would recommend it to anyone going in that direction. Be sure to familiarise yourself with Grace the manager. A phenomenal human being. They could do something about having a heated pool though :).

Unfriendly staff. Who dont great , dont ask what one prefers to eat. They refused to serve us breakfast the morning we arrived .. only to serve other guest breakfast after us. The rooms are nice and neat. The staff is really unpleasant shame.

Our stay was plagued with power issues not their fault. But the rooms are nice. The entrance is beautiful but there are areas that need work but They are busy upgrading. Friendly staff!

Very bad service from the host bad attitude towards clients. I was very disappointed that such a nice place failed to deliver on simple agreements. She wouldn't be bothered and couldn't wait for us to leave. Not even once did she take responsibility.
