My crv is now due for a service, and I am looking for a Honda service centre, and definitely not Honda Northcliff!
Last year this time they did my service, and LOST my service book! They promised to find it, and phone me when they do find it. In the end, I had to phone THEM! And not just once! Needless to say, and even though I EVENTUALLY got the owner to hear my complaint, I got absolutely nowhere! The manager/owner did not resolve the matter, nor did he in anyway determine what happened to my Service Booklet. And although I also wrote and complained to Honda SA, I got nowhere.not even an apology! Just a 'no name' service booklet with my crv's engine number and some service records written in.

My eventual assumption was, that someone, having some sort of second-hand dealership, found my book lying around, - perhaps in the car while it was being serviced, - with its 3 year service record, and is now using it to sell a 2nd-hand Crv to some unsuspecting buyer!

Awesome dealership! If you looking for a pre-owned vehicle, you have to speak to Alec Roller! He wasn't a pushy salesman, like the others I have encountered before, and sorted out any concerns or problems I had with great efficiency. He really wanted to help me make the best informed decision regarding a car with full openess and honesty. The whole experience was amazing.
