  I booked in my car is for routine service. Upon collection of the car in the afternoon I was informed that the brake pads on the vehicle needed to be replaced but I didn't receive a phone call or any form of notification to inform me about the problem and as to whether I approve the estimated quotation or not.
  
  I was very disappointed about this because I always bring my other cars here for service and I always get a phone call an hour or so after I have dropped it off to get a quotation about the findings and about which parts needed to be replaced and if I approve or not.so this time.dololo..no call or anything.
  
  So.I was really disappointed and I had to wait for another hour or so for the brake pads to be replaced
  
  I'm embarking on a long journey over the weekend and I needed everything to be updated and safe to travel.
  
  Somy life and those of my family would have been at risk because someone failed to make just a simple phone call..
  
  I'm not happy at all.I'm worried if I will still come here for future car service and maintenance
